Our Policies
Direct booking is with 50% deposit, balance due 30 days before arrival. Full refund until 30 days before arrival, after which no refund for cancellation. Changes are possible when available and at resort's discretion. We don't give refunds based on factors beyond our control, such as missed flights, storms, visa problems, etc.
Check-in time is 12 noon to 6pm, checkout at 10am, unless arranged otherwise with us. No charge for early check-ins or late check-outs when available and at resort's discretion.
- Final bill must be paid in full before leaving. We don't accept bank transfers for final bills because they are not instant. We accept cash pesos, Zelle and PayPal in USD, and Gcash or BPI instant transfer in PHP.
- Please check our general info for pricing of boat transfers, island hopping, scuba diving, meals, and rental of watersports equipment.
- We try to be understanding about wear and tear, but we do charge at cost for loss of watersports equipment, breaking of dishes or chairs, and damage to houses. We won't charge more than actual cost.
- No smoking is allowed inside any building.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. We don't allow karaoke or other sound amplification.
- Please don't sit in wet clothing on the couch, beds, or fabric chairs.
- Please don't change language or other settings in Netflix.
- Roofdeck and house are not child-proofed so please take precautions.Use of pool, roofdeck, and house and grounds are at your own risk.
- All water activities are also at your own risk. Watch out for sea urchins and jellyfish, and please don't touch or damage the reef or take anything from it.
- We don't share or sell your personal information with any third parties.
